Try this...copy to internal storage (download folder) https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/7-10-26.42040/ install from the updater app...your device probably wont boot...put it into fastboot mode ... and fastboot TWRP Libra 7 3.1.1.1 ...fastboot boot recovery to boot into TWPR ...Then reboot to system ......

And the bootloader will get locked?

It depends...you can check if its locked with...
fastboot oem device-info
If its locked.... unlock using the official MIUI Unlock tool...Then flash 3.1.1.1 TWRP Libra .....
Some people report their bootloaders didn't lock ...others report they did...

Can you give me the exact rom to download? there quite alot in the link
