This forum is not for the official Global, in any case, you can check the 'ROM DOWNLOADS' link at the top of the navigation and use the helpful table of contents to find if your device is supported or not.

Xiaomi.eu generally comes with the multi language (or as you may refer Global ROM) first and there is a multi lang global on our downloads for the Note 3. You'll need an unlocked bootloader though. Follow the forum information on the page I referred to for more info.

Yeah, I heard that the global rom would be released in this year. So be patient. I curently am using China rom MIUI 9. So far so good except annoying Chinese apps and some problems in displaying our local language.

Unzip it using winrar then change the extension of the file to .zip. Unzip again to obtain a folder containing necessary files. Use miflash to flash new rom. Goodluck.

Can i do this on locked bootloader to switch from china to global?
