Note 9 pro rom install issue

hi
i have note 9 pro joyeuse version
i did below atepa
1. wait 7 days to unlock bootloader (success)
2. install TWRP (success)
3. download last version of miui eu for this device
4. install rom
here's the issue
no way to formate system partition.
rom install successfully
but when i reboot to system it said no os to reboot
and now it not accept the rom installation and keep say failed

i think i might need other TWRP version with no encryption

what should I do

You don't need to format system partition
You do need to format data partition.

And as for your recovery, I think you'll find that OrangeFox is the preferred/recommended cutom recovery for nearly all custom ROMs on our device.

I working whole night with Recovery, Fastboot, Flash.
I was on Xiaomi.eu 12.0.1 global Android 11, Redmi note 9 Pro (Joyeuse).
After this update MIUI and Android, using this phone is tragic (Clean Flash).
Gestures lags, battery, stability, remote desktop - worse than 06.2020 and Miui 11.01 EEU.

Cant install this rom - failed mount /system-root & /vendor
For a while i lost hope to get out from stock rom back to .eu rom, because twrp gonna die.
For now i install Pixel Plus.

.Flash via fastboot stock rom
.flash OrangeFox Recovery (only this recovery can encrypt new bootloader) via ADB & put to memory .zip, and flash via recovery, after install via adb
.format data type [yes] - reboot to RECOVERY if miui gonna boot - ****ed up
.format cashe dalvik etc. - reboot to recovery
.now everything is encyrpt - you can install custom rom.

But this rom no work - sad, because it was my first choice

Why you installed that very OLD ROM version 12.0.1???

Install latest recovery version ROM 12.0.1.0 based on Android 11
