Hi, unfortunately Camera 2 api can't be enabled in the beta version because Xiaomi have broken the libs. So no *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* in Miui 10 for now

No, it is not enabled by default but can be enabled by following this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-note-3/how-to/google-camera-how-to-mi-note-3-t3757049
