Please post bugs in the bug forum, no requests for ports to other devices here please. We will actively delete any posts which de-rail the thread.

Thanks for the mirrors. Why is the dl speed from MIUI stuck at 6KB/s? It was the same a few hours ago.

high traffic, there is other mirrors and also ROM Manager for downloading
 
ok, i'm super new here ... but i can't find the install instructions for the ROM

can someone point me to the correct thread, or give me a hint of where to look?

ok, i found these instructions ...

but after doing the full wipe, then selecting the zip file, i get this error ...

E:Error in /sdcard/miuiandroid_SGS2-2.3.2.zip
(Status 1)
Installation aborted.

any help???

check the romfile has been downloaded fully, looks like its corrupted.
 
I'm new to MIUI. Is there a way I can install (almost) every app to the SD card? Love the ROM so far. Thanks! :)

Hold down the "Menu Home" button on any homescreen. Then click "App Manager". Select an app. Scroll down, click "Move to SD Card".

This will only work for Apps that can support it :p
 
Darn! Thanks for the info! Will there be a functionality to move more apps for future versions? :-D

I believe thats dependent on the applications. Nothing we can do. However, I think any apps built on 2.3 or above have this functionality. I'm not 100% on that though.

When I held down menu, nothing happened. When I let go, it brings up the other menu options (Editor, Wallpaper, Search, etc.). Help? :)
