MIUI Korean translation full ROM

Thanks to Crowdin, XDA, MIUI-dev forum and veryvery to s-Muphy (MIUI_AU).

ROM is based on s-Muphy's R2 (12/11).
Some apps are added and some removed.also added libs for Korean.
Most of strings are from Crowdin's, and I edited alot of strings for unaffected.

set Korean to default lang,region, APN
set Font to haebangwul TOK
Fixed Vibration issue, there are Korean local.

- Fixed online kitchen problem with framework-res.apk
- Modified transparency to lockscreen bar (less transparency than R2)
- Changed widget drawer background & folder icons from this theme
- DSP manger lib added. and it fully work.
- removed some apps which have some bug.

- Amended translation to MMS app – add Korean “Common phases”
- Amended translation to Phone app – changed “Record” to “Rec” and “send sms” to “Advanced” in Korean.
- Added more blue elements to compliment blue theme
- Removed un-used libraries, smaller ROM size
-Removed Facebook & Twitter apps
- Fixed possible widget overlapping issue when dropped onto the same desktop
- Re-added & updated some wallpapers – 25 x lockscreen & 40 desktop wallpapers
- Modded more transparency to dockbar background
- Modded transparency to lockscreen bars
- De-activated zip-alignment on boot to prevent possible corruption to some APK’s
