Miui 7 Global Stable Rom V7.0.11.0 And V7.0.8.0

I dont know what language you need but xiaomi.eu 7.0.8 stable is avalaible since november 27 and it's not leaked ;)

about global stable my poice is that since isn't officialy released it's just a beta and a beta stable it's a nonsense for all but testers, because people that wants stable neeeds almost bug free releases!

I had same message with eu 7.0.8 and twrp as well, but i managed to install twrp with WinDroid, and after that 7.0.8 without any problems.
