somewhere at baidu forum. it seems that the thread is deleted. I tried flashing this Zip but stoped at the mi screen(with android). It was trying to replace my recovery and i denied. That may be the reason.

MiRecovery is now locked. Only way how to install custom recovery is fastboot mode.

That zip package is not complete.
Original fastboot package contains more files to flash like mbn files or Modem.
This is not included in zip.
