New MIUI 4.6.20 wrong limit in cellular data

In the last version, I cannot set low the limit to be alarmed for cellular data. The limit as shown in the photo is set to 60% and I cannot lower it more to set it to 10% where it was in the previous version

It seems legit to me, you could have misunderstood that limit. It means the percentage of consumed data OVER which you get an alarm. It's not the percentage of data still available under which that alarm comes.

It never was 10% option. It was always minimum 60%.
