miui 13 reboots again after 5 sec from booting

Hi everyone!
I flashed xiaomi.eu 13 on my mi11x (poco f3 /k40 rom)
first it starts normaly but after 5 sec it reboots to recovery
i made wipe and full wipe and it doesnt work
i changed to slot b to flash the rom again and i am stuck on faild to mount system
sbould i back to stock rom and then flash the rom again or what?
please help and thank you!
