Miui 11 for Redmi Note 4/4x MTK (nikel) ?

Do you know if miui 11 is supposed to be released on Redmi Note 4/4x MTK (nikel) devices ?

Nikel is officially EOL for more than 6 months now by Xiaomi, and even earlier by XIaomi.EU - Nikel won't receive MIUI 11 officially.
