Edit: BTW people who having problem with cartoon still being chinese, what i did was delete the files from /mnt/sdcard/MIUI/theme then go to Settings, Personal, Theme, and Load the themes from /sdcard/MIUI/theme rebooted and all was good
not sure if deleting the files from /mnt/sdcard/MIUI/theme was necessary, probably loading it would work.. anyways if anyone wanna try lemme know the outcome

If people have problems go to: Settings > Programs > Manage Applications > All
Scroll until you come to System Updater, click on it and clear the data for it. (This assuming you are using pack #2f)
Close this then re-load the Settings > Personal > Theme Style
Everything should then be fine

I messed with the theme a lil bit to fix the rest of the chinese in the cartoon theme here's ss of the fix.. You can see this in cartoon theme's sms settings. It was very minor photoshop editing so all credits to nix and mark
push the cartoon.zip into /mnt/sdcard/MIUI/theme

ok, installed pack 2f, deleted the .zips as sugested before doing so, now i have no theems
On another topic, the "default notification ringtone" sections still refer to "SMS" in some places, i reported it earlier i think
EDIT:
wiped data on updater.apk and they came back

No problem its fully fixed in the latest release, I also spotted some other chinese images so I sorted those out as well
