Hi to all,
Today i have OTA update 10.2.3.0. stable. After update the zip file mido-blockota appeared. Can you tell me what is the purpose of that file and will bi deleting one cause any damage to the system?

It's MIUI update file. If you updated to newest version, then can delete without any problems.
