Invalid MI9 9.8.15 RAM management

On 9.8.15 RAM is really poorly optimised I think. Just Chrome and YouTube music eat up half the memory. If I open another app, YouTube music will get killed. There is also a noticeable lag if you don't restart each 12 hours

I always get 3.6 or 3.7 GB RAM free, maximum, on all ROM variants, official, Global Beta, Xiaomi.eu, does not matter. That is on the 6GB RAM version of the phone.
So I guess all of them are like that.
On the Mi 6 I had 4.5 GB RAM free most of the time, and almost never went below 4GB free.

There's nothing we can do about how MIUI manages RAM. This can't be an issue specific to our ROM.
