New [Mi8 SE 8.7.5] Can't update

This week I received my MI 8 SE with the 8.7.5 version, and I can download the 8.9.6 v2 but I can't install it...

Any clue?

After download the update and accept the message that says: "the device will restart in the recovery mode and install the update xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V10.0.1.OEBCNFH_v10-8.1-zip. The data will not be deleted" the phone just reboot and goes to fastboot, after a while turn off whitout make any update :x

you are trying to install the stable rom from developer (your current one) and it requires a clean install (factory reset) in TWRP.

You need to wipe data in twrp (it will erase your apps). In TWRP go to Wipe, swipe to factory reset and then go to Install and flash the nwe rom.
