MI3 64gb cpu 8974 or 8274 ?

I plan to buy MI3 64gb international version but need to know for sure before place an order.
CPU 8974 support 4G lt in near future , early 16gb equip with 8974 but later 16gb come with 8274.

There is only 8274AB for all Mi3. There's is no 8974AB version.

I saw some 8974 in early mi3 16gb.

8974 never went to mass production. I had a 16GB model from January (just after December launch) and it was 8274. Now I have 64GB 2014.2 model and is the same. It will never be 8974, maybe in MI3S...

Ibuygou says that the mi3 64gb version has 8974 snapdragon and mi3 16gb has 8274.Look at the pages:

How many times I need to say that? Look at the box. My box from 64GB model says 8274. Ibuygou is not Xiaomi.

8974 was switched to 8274AB at the last minute...
I own a Mi 3W with 8274AB.... even though I purchased Mi 3W with 8974AB!
3G for 8274AB
4G for 8974AB per Qualcom specs for SD800

Same here Mi3/64gb, delivered few days ago from ibugou, the CPU on the box is stated as 8274AB.

Mine is listed as Mi3W M8974a if i go to the about phone. Does this mean it has 4G capabilities?

guys, all the informative apps that states the kind of the CPU, they identify the CPU wrongly, i haven't found any application that tells the correct model.
the only way for anyone to see what kind of CPU he/she has, is to open the device and see whats written on the SOC itself.
Xiaomi Mi3W DOES NOT SUPPORT LTE, it will never support it, the next model, Mi3S(W?) will come with a supportive model, the 8974 model, and NOT the 8274 one, the one we all have in our devices.

yes, but its not "wrong", there's simply no information for sub-branching of the CPU, it detects all the sub-models of 8974 as the same, look at the picture posted above from CPUZ, is says "device Tree".

Although the Mi3 Settings/About phone: Baseband displays 8974, Antutu detects the CPU as 8274.

It is obvious why confusion exists. The Mi3 W CPU is 8274

you've soldered the cpu out and saw what's written on it ?

Acording to cpu-z i have a snapdragon 801 in my Mi3w 64gb fresh from China. (8974 CPU)



NVM i spoke to soon. 8274AB acording to AnTuTu
