MI2 NO KEYBOARD AFTER UPDATE

Hello ,
I did latesty update and no keyboard at all in any app, what to do?

im having the same issue, but am having no luck playing with the settings. what do i need to do in settings to get the keyboard working again? thanks.

In settings i played around under language and input settings, but i have muiui rom, JLB may be bit different.
Turned Google pinyin on/ off swaped to chineese, then under pinyin extra settings turned thigs on off until it started to pop up again. I belive undert extra settings input settings helped if i disabled some things.
It might be some sort of configuration file fault caused by update.

Is jlb 14 better or faster than muiui, is there currently simple ways to get root premissions in jlb?

There's a JLB14.0 rooting method.. Search miui UK. I've applied the procedure successfully.

As to the keyboard problem, I found it happened during first setting up procedures on the 3.4.12 update as well as the JLB.. I just rebooted and it hasn't reoccurred

Hi, if i put JLB 14 by naming file update.zip and installin on partition1 will part2 be functioning on muiui fine?
Can i also put standard android on drive 1 to try it as well without problems or losing data from muiui?

I install Go Keyboard app from play store. This resolve the problemm then will be keyboard.

You need to install clockworkmod and enable true dual boot then you have independent data for each system

I have JLB 16.0 w/ Stable Build, which is the current version. I have tried rebooting and messing around with the settings, with your instructions, but I still can't get it to work. Is this because some kind of code that makes it weird and glitchy? Or what? I am really frustrated.. Can someone please write back soon? Thank you. P.S. I was thinking it could be the "handwriting thing", but I don't really know.

Install custom keyboard by placing apk file on sdcard as you probably cant use google store without typing.
Or try all possible buttions in keyboard settings and not only switching but going back and trying if it work.
It must be some sort of code or configuration bug as everything is software controlled on those phones.
