Mi mix 3 weekly to stable 12.5

Miui 12.5 will arrive soon, and since the weeklys for the mix 3 are suspended since a few months, I wonder if I can dirty flash the newer stable version when it arrives. Don't want to loose data, because of online banking, authenticators etc.

No. Unfortunately, you can't. The change from weekly to stable and vice versa always requires a clean flash. I would definitely wipe the data partition as well.
