This android service is still draining battery massively since a couple builds. It would be great if this can be fixed...

Can you disable "Dark Mode" and watch the battery drain? I found a info in the forum saying dark mode is creating the problem with "android.system.suspend..."

Mi 8 doesn't have FM Radio from the beginning.

That's way better compared to mine. I can get at most of 4 hours of SOT and with little of another 4-5 hours in standby time.
I guess my battery needs to be replace tho.

I got SOT 5 hours MAX and around 6 hours standby time
I am thinking to replace my battery too any idea can we exchange 3rd party battery with high mAh such as 4000 mAh battery for our mi8
and im checking with AccuBattery my battery health left 73% only 2468 mAh capacity left over

No need ..I was thinking the same till I use paranoid rom...now I can get 6hours sot easily...so its the rom not the battery

Ah OK, that's normal since default user is ID 0 while Second Space is ID 10, so many settings and installed apps are not shared. The problem is that Xiaomi hides the "Text size & font weight" setting while in Second Space. I have no idea why they have done that, because I tried to unhide the setting and change size and weight for Second Space user individually and it works fine and seperate from default user's size and weight, which is exactly how it's supposed to work. In any case, I will unhide the setting in the next release.

I can, but take in mind that Dark mode is a global setting, which means setting Dark mode on default user will apply Dark mode in Second space as well, and vice versa.

Imo, it will be perfect experience for Second Space if you can enable both of them + font weight feature in the next release

OK, done. I'll leave the in-depth testing to you. Who knows, maybe there is some kind of reason it's not enabled for Second space by default...
