Mi 5s Stopped Working

I installed eu rom:
xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5S_V8.2.3.0.MAGCNDL_v8-6.0.zip
from mirror Germany. Now phone is down. When power button hold about 20 sek i hear from combuter speaker "power voice". When phone connect to computer hear connection voice from speakers. But not come drivers information "Mi5s connected" ADB devices not found the phone. Mi flash give information "cannot receive hello packet" . I tried to wake up DEEP FLASH CABLE,without succes. What i can do? Lost phone?
Android : 6,0MRA58K
MIUI 7.3.8.0(MAACNDB)

I updated to 8.2.3.0 from the same mirror without any problems.
If you can boot into recovery, try flashing the ROM again.

Phone doesn´t go boot recovery mode (volume + power or TWRP method)

I'd try flashing a Fastboot ROM, china developer

Then start from flashing TWRP again...

Try to boot into fastboot mode and install global dev rom, then TWRP and eu rom with factory reset.

Now i know what i did wrong. I thought at my phone is MI 5s but the phone is Mi 5 pro. Now phone have wrong ROM.

So try getting the correct fastboot ROM and flashing it.

Now the phone works fine. I installed gemini_global_images_7.3.2_20170302.0000.00_7.0_global_722c026bcc via Flashing tool.
