Mi 5 Camera Issue

Hi guys this is very strange before the shot with my mi5 the picture is pretty good, but after that is blurry and the contrast also is poor. I THINK it is software problems and if developers from Xiaomi don't want do something is it possible to be solved this problem from Xiaomi.EU.

did you try resetting the settings in camera app?
any new apps installed before you encountered this problem?
