Mi 11 Ultra CN Variant Unlocked Bootloader with Global ROM to xiaomi.eu ?

I recently purchased a Mi 11 Ultra CN variant which has an unlocked bootloader and which has been flashed to the global stock MIUI 14 ROM. No TWRP, stock recovery is in place. Bootloader still unlocked. Everything working normally.

Can I go straight from this to xiaomi.eu using the clean install fastboot instructions?

Does xiaomi.eu ROM unlock the additional LTE and 5G bands that are not available with stock CN ROM?

No way. It's a HW problem.

Yeah that's what I figured even though they are physically the same modem, I guess those bands are hardware disabled.

Any reason i would need to / want to revert to the CN stock ROM before flashing to xiaomi.eu? It can I just follow the instructions to come straight from global ROM?

Thanks, I also want to make sure I have the correct ADB and fastboot driver, so I want to install them from MiFlash. Lots of questionable download links out there, any suggestions for the official one?
