Xiaomi 13 unlock bootloader

Hi All, I bought Chinese version of Xiaomi 13 and asked for booloader to be unlocked for almost a week now and the tool keep saying can't unlock. Should I flash the global fastboot rom using mi flashtool or what? I don't remember it takes that long to unlock bootloader :( I just want to use...

Apologies for the long pause.
Unlocking: tried a VPN and changed region of the phone - no verification SMS. Asked Global Supporrt (Xiaomi Spain just replied in Spanish that the support language was Spanish.) what to do to get this verification code. The answers are amazibgly fast, but unfortunately not ptoviding an answer.
