MI 10S audio equalizer locked

Hi!

I've got MI 10S with EU ROM, MIUI by xiaomi.eu 12.5.7 Stable (12.5.7.0 RGACNXM), model M2102J2SC, Android verision 11 RKQ1 .200826.002.

This phone have a wonderful audio sound via internal speakers, but I can't use system equalizer, because it's locked (no active).

Harman Cardon and HI-FI buttons are inactive.

Only active buttons are Preset and Headphone remote buttons, but they have no any effect to something else.

I can't even open equalizer (field "Equalizer - Adjust individual levels for different types of music" are inactive).

Does anybody knows how to make equalizer active (turn on)?

Have you tried to plug some headphone device?
As far as I know, at least on my Mi 10, those options become active only when I plug headphone on device.

I have only BT headphones, and when they are connected, nothing is changed.

But, why EQ is no active at all? MI 10S have the best audio via speaker on the world, is nonsense to you can't use it (equalizer).

I bought it for just that.

Again, I came with same question: have you tried to plug a wired headphones?
Because as I mentioned before, I think those functions become available only when headphones are connected through a wired connection.
