or any else in ur team know why since 20.8.25 an 20.8.28 wen ever i make an reboot or shutdown off my phone wen it starts again it just hang on miui screen
an wen i then go to twrp all is wiped on internal storage an i have to do a format data to install rom again
if i install 20.8.20 i can Restart the phone an power it off then start it again without any problems

Do a clean install (format data first) flash the rom without installing anything else test if your problem persists.
If you are able to restart then continue with your usual setup. Every time you do something like install something that changes system or magisk or other critical stuff do them one by one and check after each change if that makes your phone not boot. This way you will find out why it does that.

This is generally the fastest way you can solve your problems because no one here knows exactly what you do, install or change after flashing the rom.

i do nothing else than restore backup from the sky
an as i wrote i happens only with 20.8.25 an 20.8.28 plus wen i want to flash again from twrp all my internal storage is Damage nothing on it an twrp say that my data is damaged if i want to repair it wwn i try it cant mount data
if i flash 20.8.20 i can restart the phone
plus i can dirty flash over it

when you clean flash without restoring backup and doing nothing else it does not boot after a reboot?!

Do you have installed magisk modules ? Format data wipe davlic & cache and install from scratch…

problem is that data partion is damaged after shutdown or reboot
a dirty flash wont fix it either
only from totally new install
