mi 10 Ultra & Last ROM V13.0.5.0

Today I have download the xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10Ultra_V13.0.5.0.SJJCNXM_a4955bec6f_v13-12.zip for my mi 10 ultra.
It should be installed by fastboot, but, in the Zip file, there is no files .bat to make the fastboot installation.
Do you know how I can upgrade the ROM in my phone?

I got it as an update from "My device" inside settings option, but when i try to install it a note pop up warning me that the internal memory is encripted and after that the device will be restarted in recovery mode i have to enter the password, so i held on for the update as i don't know what is the passsword to enter.....i attach a screenshot of the note, it's in italian language but i hope anyone can help me on how should i get the update safe without any trouble.
