I have a problem, since the update from 9.1.10 to any newer version I cant update my fingerprints / 3D face on MI8 EE.

If I chosse the menu "Manage fingerprints" / "Add 3D face data" / "Set Screen lock" then there is a blank white screen or there will apppear this error message:

Also local Backup is not working -> eg when I have to type my password / pin in a menu -> then it will crash

... 3 more

I have tried different languages, wipes, reboots ... on version 9.1.10 everything was working.

Anybody else with this error or does anybody have a workaround ?

Thank you, Kater

SOLUTION: Format Data and install everything new .... the error occurs after a downgrade of the rom ...

Probably your theme :)
Remove it and reboot.

I am experiencing the same problem. I too do not want to do something drastic...

Did you solve the problem? And if yes how?

Cheers,
