Low Mic Sensitivity and Not Working Speaker Mode

Hi All,
I have been using MIUI 14 EU since the day of release(Thanks dev), previously was fine, but since 8/Feb/2023, my phone mic behave very weird.
1st Problem, when recording voice note in whatsapp, the volume is very low. Super low. Receiver need to turn up all the volume in order to hear me. I googled, they ask to turn off google assistange"Hey google" and yes, its back to normal
2nd problem, when people call me via phone, i choose speaker, but the sound still coming out from earpiece.
Anyone know how to fix? I flashed from STABLE to WEEKLY also doesnt fix this.

Did you completely fix the problem with WhatsApp turning off the "hey google" function?
