low call volume Mi 8 Explorer Edition

does anyone else have very low call volume? how do you get it up?

I have earphone volume too loud during calls since 12.0.1.0 update, I can't hold the phone to my ear at minimum volume.. (On Mi 8 standard)

Also having problems with volume on Bluetooth Media and Calls and cant find a way to fix it...
