I'm afraid, this is one more Chinese ROM not for use out of China.

There's a beta but so far it's only Chinese. The developers said they're working on an English version.

i read somewhere that u can make the ROM english by simply flashing gapps.. so i'll download the latest version & try it:

Not possible i guess just by flashing gapps ? You can use jBart Translator to translate the whole ROM into English.
Google for detailed results.

Actually it worked lol. After flashing gapps I could choose English language and the rom became english. But the problem is that when I flash gapps, the rom becomes unusable because "Settings" FC's constantly

May be Google comes bundled with language pack. Hence it is showing English option. Good luck

i cannot edit anything on apn setting...

For me it was not needed to edit the apn settings. I only enabled the data on 3g network.
