Is there any way to remove mi account after resetting if forgot passsword?

Hi There,

I wanted to know if we can remove mi account after resetting my phone if forgot the password. Because it requires mi account password to activate the phone but the problem is I don't have access to the phone number connected to the account neither I have access to recovery mail. What should I do? Can anyone help?

The only way I can think of is regaining access to your account via one of the recovery methods so you can reset the password....

Admittedly it sounds a bit strange that you lost access to everything relevant at once

I didn't lost at once Actually bought redmi phone after a long period of time

If there was a legal way of removing Xiaomi Account, then it would be useless as an anti-theft security measure...
