if it is in bug is because I complain about the terminal's failures because of the software

the. failures are not fixed and many updates have already passed
it's not the first time that I complain
When I talk about money I mean you pay for something that is not 100% functional
and I also to the lack of assistance and the shortage of solutions.

I have formatted my phone at least 20 times and still fail proximity sensor and notifications and I have the 9.5.23 without options
there are many people who work with whatssap and in these times it is annoying that even not working is essential, if the notifications do not arrive you lose money being commercial.
my wife is, and if it was not enough, many calls are hung or interact with the screen when you pick up the call, many times you activate or deactivate something without even noticing when putting it on your ear

This forum is for xiaomi.eu rom which is a custom rom based on china rom. These people are not xiaomi officials. If you have bugs report them on xiaomi official forum.

Your rant is perhaps more constructive if you aim it at the seller of your phone / other products. While we can understand there is bugs, issues and such there is limited things we can actually do on this forum to fix those core issues of Xiaomi's products. There may be Hardware issues or Software issues which we are just simply unable to fix because of lack of source code or other information.

Your frustrations would be most definitely best posted to Xiaomi Official channels or if you are in Spain you should go in store to speak to a Manager about your issues.
