New I9100 3.5.24 Battery Indicator

i got a problem with linear battery line on the top - it gets frozen once in a while and even if I charge phone or discharge it - it's not showing proper percentage (it gets stuck for example on 40% and is not changing at all) of the remaining battery. how can I fix that?

Just change to grafical and then back to top bar.

yeah, if something is not working I can also use another rom... but if I ask about the line indicator it means that it is important for me to use it and not graphic or other.
