Good. You boot in recovery and from there you install the ROM. The ROM can be in the internal storage or in an external usb flash drive.

You are sure the file is saved there? You can see it with the file manager of the phone? Better place it in root.

Sdcard is your internal memory. Usb_otg is your usb stick. Place rom at root or I use Download folder, I have made an folder with the name Update and I place there the file. Do both options and retry

not lock after we reboot to twrp show only folder as your see I don't know why ? I don't havw any usb otg also

Check the video to see if TWRP is installed OK and what you must see after booting in it -
as we seem video and reboot see same folders as pic as me attached don't see any other folder

Hi! I want your help. I have xiaomi 12 pro CN. I have tried to unlock bootloader but just after finished the process (100%) stuck at bootloop. My phone seems to successfully unlock(?) because in order to use it i 've flased fastboot global. My phone although I've successful install TWRP can't boot in it. I can't even boot to official recovery. Factory reset also ends in bootloop! Very strange at all! I bought my phone from tradingshenzhen .
