HyperOs2 upgrade

I'm currently using hyperos 1.0 stable.
My phone (xiaomi 14) is rooted and modem is fixed.
If I upgrade to HyperOs2 will the same root patched file from hyperos1 work?
For modem I see that there is a new modem file.

No, you would need to root again, not use the old patched file.
