How To Update With No Recovery And R/o Memory :(

Good mornig everyone! I got a wonderful 4C with this details:

android 7.0
miu RoM 8.2.3.9 Estable (NXKCNEC)

With my last update I have lost the TWRP (can't enter in that mode anymore) plus can't undo the R/O memory. When I conect via usb to the pc it say it can't do any change in the cell (memory error). Whay can I do?

I can put the fastboot mode, but can't flash TWRP because read only memory error. Any tutorial?
