How To Update From V7 Stable To V8 Global Stable ?

I try to update with menu from update's app, but I have a "Can't verify update"
I try with MiFlash but I have an error too
I try with Recovery but nothing too...

Then you need miflash to unlock bootloader

I have exactly the same problem. Imposible for me to change the rom of the dealer. Error every time with every mi flash.
