How to unlock Bootloader on HyperOS, downgrade?

Hi,
i got my Device Back from Warranty (new device).
It updated overnight to HyperOS, now i cant unlock the Bootloader.

I tried the Bypass script but it don't work on me, the script says device is bound to my Account but the Unlock Tool says after 7 Days : Device not Activated

My Question is , are there some Instant Service not over 20$ who can unlock it

Or is a Downgrade to Miui 14 possible without bricking the device

In order to unlock it, you have to enable the unlock status from Developer menu. Check this tutorial: https://kkworld.in/unlock-mi-bootloader-without-waiting-time/
I'm not sure if the steps to unlocking the phone immediately without waiting for passing the 7 days, but still, I recommend you to be patience and wait for 7 days.
So make sure that your device is bind to your account from that "Unlock status" menu.

So, in Unlock tool is still present the message that your device is not activated like on your attached image?
When you are trying to bind your Xiaomi account with your device in Unlock status menu, from Development menu, is any message diplayed in the bottom of your device screen?

Help, I have waited 10 days + 10 days still couldn't apply to Unlock Bootloader in Mi Community app.

you dont need to use the tool, you just have to request to unlock bootloader in the app which has a daily limit and resets 12AM chinese time.

Then you have to bind account in developer settings

It has to do with server from Xiaomi and the token
Tried this thing's all didn't worked
I have already unlocked with paid service
