How to safely upgrade Xiaomi 13 from MIUI 14 to HyperOS 2?

Hello everyone. I have china version of Xiaomi 13 with installed MIUI Global 14.0.6.0(UMCEUXM)(unlocked bootloader). How can i safely update my phone directly to HyperOS 2.0? Some time ago, when HyperOS was just released, there was news that it would be impossible to upgrade.
So, what should i do to save my data and not ruin my device? Thanks.

backup your data and just update, if something wrong or you don't like it, flash backup to MIUI 14 and restore the data.

You are not using the xiaomi.eu ROM but the official EEA ROM.
Therefore, do not look for instructions on updating the EEA ROM here.
