Hello. After installing xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK40_POCOF3_V14.0.8.0.TKHCNXM_v14-13 , my phone stuck on basic settings on startup - Location, Send usage and diagnostic data, Personalized ads etc. Arrow to continue - bottom right not working
After going backwards and forwards several times with the arrows it started to work.

Hi, i make all this steps, but in Fastbot when i run the file wndows fastboot first.... nothing happens. The command windows its close, and nothing? What is the problem? Everything seems good. I have Poco F3 whit Global Rom, i want this xiaomi.eu. I look for one video on youtube, flash the miui rom whit no tool or software. Just download the rom, and from command window apply to the phone. Install drivers, ADB and fastboot
install Xiaomi drivers
1- First, update the ROM to the latest using the updater.
2-Unlock the bootloader
3 -Download the ROM

select the installation method.
Installing by fastboot method.
Installing by recovery method (TWRP).To use Windows:
-Unpack downloaded zip file in the PC
- Reboot your device to fastboot mode (press volume down + power)
- Connect to PC via USB cable
- Run the quick launch installation script as an administrator from the unzipped zipper. windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat
- wait for the phone to restart the system
- After reboot its done - (first boot may take up to 15min)
- if flashing process stuck on setting slot a, just press Enter
4 - Insert the downloaded ROM (zip.) into the phone's storage
5 - -Connect your phone to your computer in fastboot mode
6 - Start TWRP using the Fastboot toolkit

Unzip the downloaded toolkit and run it by clicking RUN_TWRP.bat

7- Enter the "password / PIN / pattern" of the screen lock on request

hey can someone clearly how to flash eu rom over my existing evo x rom. I am currently in orange fox recovery project. Is it possible to flash with that or i need to install twrp. Also please give a step by step instruction for my scenario. thank you!
