How to install Xiaomi.eu on Poco f2 pro?

Hello,

May i have a clear procedure to install xiaomi.eu on my global poco f2 pro 8/256?
Actually i run stock 12.2.4.0 RJKMIXM with locked bootloader.
How to unlock bootloader?
I need TWRP or only with fastboot flash or other?

this what i do but i have read that from stock global rom the procedure can be different if i have global 12.2.4 or eu 12.2.3 or some problems with some twrp version.
And i do research and i found nothing "clear" this is why i use this term...

The best way for you if you didnt do this before , is to watch some youtube videos first, do some research and then ,first unlock bootloader, you must apply for it ,in developers settings , then download MI unlock , after that , you can flash TWRP and custom rom..

okay thanks, i have already change the rom on my old lenovo p2 but this is my first time with xiaomi/poco device it's little bit different due to the lot of little difference between two same devices. i have to wait 7 days...
Now I am going to unlock my poco and I find the procedure but after? which twrp should I install and where to find it?
