How To Install Miui 9 In Mi5s

I'm new here and wanted to know how to install the miui 9 for my mi5s this with the shoprom and this with the bootloader unlocker please help me

Hi, unlock bootloader 1st, go xiaomi unlock.. You have in forum explained how. Then just download mi 5s toolkit and 1 click install. ezz

Not yet.
And I suggest to get the MIUI8 Stable and then move to MIUI9 Stable when available.
It seems that there are too many bugs in MIUI9 dev.

I have Miui 9 europe dev rom, and its working more fluid then stable miui 8.5, this is first eu rom i had. OTA updates weekly, all working fine.
