I was getting this yesterday, I then ran the Magisk uninstaller, and it started up!

I don't have access to TWRP anymore, it blocks on TWRP logo with no menu when I try to boot in recovery mode, do you have an idea ?
I have the same problem. I did everything exactly as shown as in the video, except the unlocking part because my phone was already unlocked and had the offical gobal rom installed. Any advices what to do? TWRP is stuck at the boot logo. Reinstallation didn't change anything
I have same issue. Try to install official rom on fastboot mode (vol- and power ) using miflash. Next install TWRP and run it. Wipe all data from phone by TWRP and reboot it now you can install rom as described in this video. After all make wipe again and reboot your phone. It should normally start.

Im on stable 9.5.11.0 rom, when flash recovery everything pass ok but when try boot recovery screen stays black.
If I try start recovery, it shows me Mi recovery 3.0
Device is unlocked (bootloader) and I dont use pin,pattern or face unlock

I'm working on my MI8.
Just DL ADB, and used "adb devices ", but my MI8 is not listed
(yeah, i'm in developper mode, with debbugging activated, and in "usb files transfert mode".
Any tips to get it on my command prompt ?

'fastboot devices" is not rebooting my MI8.
As i said, its not recognize by ADB command prompt
The device is in fastboot mode?
If device is not listed there is problem with driver, or u running adb in wrong folder (make it in C:\adb\) from there run cmd
fastboot devices - check connected device
fastboot reboot - restart device
Its already unlocked.
But.. i change computer (was at work, now at home), and its working =)
Just need to synch mi Xiaomi acc to execute command from my computer, and it must be ok.

Ok.
Cant used ADB to execute scripts. Its stuck on "waiting for devices".
I tried to reboor in fastboot. And still freeze on "fastboot" with this nice pic. But can't do s**t, and have to turn off and reboot normaly.
Any ideas ?
EDIT: in fastboot, using: "fastboot flash recevoery TWRP.img" it works.
Then using "fastboot boot TWRP.img" it boot on TWRP, but freeze on the logo, and i can't access TWRP menu to navigate in.

I still have black screen after "fastboot boot twrp.img" was waiting for 5 min and nothing.
"fastboot reboot" to restart device and from updater go in recovery mode and its Mi-recovery 3.0 showing dont know what to do...
