How To Disable Permissions Manager?

Hi to everyone,

Just flashed 6.9.8 (clean install) and now I can't find the option to disable or unable permission manager in Security Center?
I can only enable install via ADB.
Anyone has a clue? Am I doing something wrong or is this particular option gone?

I have the same issue. After updating from 6.8.4 o 6.9.22 permission manager was automatically enabled again (although I disabled it) and there is no way to disable it again. Does anyone know how to disable it again? Some apps are not working properly anymore, and I don not want to give per app access. I have a Redmi 3 device.

Starting with 6.9.8 option to disable permission manager is gone !

If you disable MIUI Optimisations in Developer options, Permission manager is disabled but also disables MIUI battery optimisations..

This sucks big time. I am now on 6.9.15 (for battery life reasons) and still no option to disable permission manager. Is it fixed in latter weekleys?
