How to disable notification for missed calls

Hello,
I have downloaded new dialer app from Google play and now I am getting the notification for missed calls twice.
I've tried to disable notifications through holding finger on dialer icon and clicking on the "info" and disable notifications there and also through menu>apps>dialer, but the notification still keeps showing. The app which is showing the missed calls notification is called "call management" and I couldn't find it anywhere.

Hello, yes I have tried, but didn't help.

Btw, in Huawei I've got option to turn off notifications directly on the screen. Is this Huawei's thing or Android in general?
