Best a secure way is to refresh a fastboot rom via Miflash tool and then turn back to EU rom following given instruction steps at download rom first page.

I've switched roms a few times, just wipe cache, dalvik, data, internal, system, vendor.. All twice, format data, reboot to recovery, flash new rom

Follow the same steps you took to install Derpfest,

Download MIUI.eu ROM,
Wipe Dalvik, Cache, System, Vendor, Data
Install New ROM
Enjoy!
