How do I extract the .zip file from the rom and get a specific apk?

People can someone help me after unzipping the rom zip file, there are .img files how can I extract the .img and get a specific apk. What tool do I need to use?

I tried with this tool, but when I unzip the .zip file there are several files like this super.img.0, super.img.1 goes up to super.img.12 each with a size of just over 458 MB so I don't know how to join them all and get a single .img system file to be able to extract with Img_extractor.
