How can I get my Global phone with a China account?

Hi. I don't know why my Xiaomi account says China, if I have never been to China and my phone is global, not Cn... could it have something to do with the fact that I always use the Xiaomi.EU ROM? which uses the China ROM as a base?

It shows whatever Xiaomi's server returns. Only Xiaomi can answer your question. My account shows my region correctly.
