New HMNote7 - Random Camera error.

When I open the Camera app, sometime it just throws an error with no infomations. I need to wait 5 seconds to press Ok before I relaunch the app again.

I can't include any step to reproduce this error because I don't know why it happen, even with no effect or special feature enabled.

This issue happed even from the latest Beta ROM to Stable ROM 10.3.1.0 (which is released today).

It happens after reboot on Mi Note 3 too - latest beta. This is caused by the buggy camera libraries. I'm not sure you can do anything about it. Someone said that setting the Anti-banding to Auto or 50hz solves this problem. Also try to clear app data and set the preffered settings one by one to see if a particular setting causes the error.
