O seu dispositivo é a versão chinesa? e você instalou o ROM Global e deixou travar o bootloader? se você fez isso, tente desbloquear o bootlaoder primeiro, você deixou alguma conta xiaomi logada no dispositivo? baixe o mi unlock e tente desbloquear e veja se aparece a hora do desbloqueio se nao vai precisar de uma conta xiaomi com permissao para instalar rom via EDL conheço um cara que faz isso remotamente no brasil ele cobra em media 180 reais em dolares it deve ficar em torno de 35 dolares se quiser o contato dele eu passo e whatsapp

Please write only in english, it´s a rule here and it´s easier to work together. The biggest fault is to mark clean all and lock in Mi Flash, because after this your device is locked and no rom installed. Please sort your posts and write down, whats the actual status of your device (locked, fastboot, original rom before flashing etc., not 100 posts with different conent and languages). To read and understand is very confusing.
